2. Storage & Order Preparation
After airport pickup, CET manages the warehousing and end-to-end fulfillment process:
100% QC: Inspects all items for damage before processing.
Relabeling: Applies Void stickers and Serial numbers for product tracking and security.
Pick: Retrieves items per order.
Pack: Prepares goods securely for transit.
Ship: Delivers to recipients on behalf of Medyceles.
This service provides us with a dedicated fulfillment team, eliminating the need to manage warehouse operations ourselves.
3. Product Distribution
CET optimizes route planning and coordinates deliveries based on destination:
Bangkok & Greater Area: Optimizes routes for delivery within 24 hours based on agreed service schedules.
Upcountry Provinces: Coordinates deliveries via CET’s specialized healthcare logistics partners.
Having CET manage warehouse-to-door delivery provides us with a single dedicated point of contact for all shipping logistics.

4. Damage & Claim Coordination
If items are damaged at the airport or during inbound inspection within 7 days, CET promptly notifies us and coordinates the claim process with the Suvarnabhumi warehouse for systematic tracking and resolution.
